Grewal Hall is a standing-room only venue, unless otherwise noted on the specific event page. However, if you require seating accommodations, please inform the staff upon your arrival. We do offer ADA accommodations.

18+ shows require ID upon entry. All Ages shows do not require ID upon entry. However, a valid ID is essential when picking up tickets at Will Call or from the Guest List. If you plan on consuming alcohol, you must be 21+ and provide a valid Driver’s License, State ID, Military ID, or a passport.

A valid ID is required to attend any age restricted events and to consume alcohol. Accepted forms of identification include state-issued ID or driver’s license, valid non-expired US Government or Military ID, or an official passport.

Yes, Grewal Hall is ADA accessible and ADA compliant. If you need accommodations please let our staff know when you arrive at the venue and we’d be happy to help to the best of our ability.

Prohibited items include but are not limited to:

• Outside food or drinks
• Weapons of any kind
• Alcohol, cans, or glass containers
• Drones, go-pros, ipads, lasers
• Gels or liquids
• Selfie sticks, tripods, monopods
• Chains and spikes
• Illegal drugs and substances, paraphernalia
• Audio or video recording equipment
• Large backpacks, bags, hydration packs, and oversized purses. 
• Professional cameras with a detachable lens, unless you have been approved for and obtained a photo pass. 
• Any items Deemed dangerous by the venue or law officer

For the safety and security of all patrons, all persons and items entering Grewal Hall are subject to search. All bags will be searched prior to entry. Bags that are not clear will be subject to additional search.

Tickets can be purchased online at grewalhall.com or Seetickets.com, or in person at the box office. If a show is not sold out, you can purchase tickets at the door on the day of show. 

Fee free tickets can be purchased at Flat Black and Circular and Summit Comics. They only accept cash.

All ticket sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges. However, if a show is canceled or postponed, refunds may be available at point of purchase. 

Will Call tickets can be picked up at the box office once doors open on the day of the event. 

Mezzanine VIP offerings are specific to each show, please visit the ticketing page to view show specific descriptions.

Bags will be restricted to small purses, fanny packs, and single pocket drawstring bags only. Bags may not exceed 14” x 11” x 5” and must have only one singular pocket or opening. Backpacks, hydration packs, and bags with multiple pockets are prohibited.

Reentry is determined on an event by event basis, please ask guest services at the event if reentry is permitted.
